Screw 14 dollah high skool ballahz, just dress up your iPhone in a case and mod the crap out of it! 
Custom background, dock from iPod Touch, iPod icon from iPod Touch, custom Phone icon, Calculator icon from iPod Touch, black rubberized case (got a red one coming too), anti-glare and anti-finger print hard screen protector (works too....it's crazy!).
Funny how Amuse's avatar is Domo-kun...he's my "slide to unlock" wallpaper...hahaha

Man that iphone looks pretty slick
But I read (on hofo) that even when its unlocked, you need to sync to your computer to edit contacts, delete media etc
which is pretty gay..
*waits for 15 yr olds to start carrying iphones*

I'm on HoFo a lot, but don't look at the iPhone stuff there much. Editing contacts is fine, and you can get media on to it a variety of ways, although syncing it to a computer is the best way.

I'm not sure, maybe Google that up for yourself? Personally I have my contacts synced to Mac Address Book, which is synced to Outlook 2007 and Plaxo. I keep no contacts on my SIM.
