Probably the most important thing is voice calls, and 3G makes voice calls gooder as well.
Videocalls are useless, even in Japan...hhaha
Surfing....probably not. hahah it's too slow compared to WiFi, unless 7.2 HSDPA comes my way, then I'll have to reconsider.  | |

hey I'm thinking of using the SE W880, what is the general concensus of not having the 850 band on a phone? All my phones so far have been quad band, so I've never really used a triband phone that didn't have 850

but its different!!! people bought the n95 for much more then that! i like it because the keyboard is good, and i sms alot! battery life is really good too.. well after sticking with the n95 and the iphone for a while
