nice man, love the watch. looks slightly smaller on my wrist for some reason. only problem is i bought mine with the ugly oem rubber strap but ordered a zulu strap ftw
like the styling and the size however after having had automatic watches i don't think i can go back to quartz. something about an auto watch just appeals to me. i like feeling the movement get wound up as i wear it, i like that each of them has their own quirks

Well, except for eco-drives. They work well for beater or fun watch.
In that case I would recommend Orient over Seiko in that price range as they can be dressed up whereas Seiko 007/013 are more toolish diver.
Orient Ray as suggested by others or check out the Orient Mako (not the XL). I've read that the blue dial version is pretty stunning too.

got it used on watchuseek, 9/10 condition i would say but doesn't come with case or original rubber strap though. i don't think you can find it anywhere new anymore.

I know Nixons aren't really a "watch guy's watch" and get a fair amount of flack, but I just picked this guy up to have something a little more fun and young spirited for the days I don't feel like wearing my more "grown up" watches.
