I've browsed through a number of pages throughout the thread for recent posts but wasn't really able to find anything within the past few months.

Does anybody know of or can recommend a website that sells high quality leather straps? I'm looking to get a leather strap for a few watches, one in particular that really needs to be replaced due to wear/tear. Thanks in advance!

Very comfortable and durable straps. I have a few I wear regularly and they barely show any wear. The lining is also very soft. Some of their straps are "waterproof" if you're interested in that aspect.

I watches the next door neighbour late at night

Really wanted to get this watch. Not sure if it is worth the price though.

^ i have seen cheaper.

I am a die hard fan of Citizen, but that watch was way way way too busy for me. I wouldn't be able to use 1/2 of the numbers on that watch.

Way too expensive for online. It's the same price at the Bay. Angels World Chronograph A-T Watch | Hudson's Bay

On sale for 378 online now. Contacting the seller for a credit for the price difference. If not I can always just return it.

Go through Amazon vs seller there's a section on Amazon for it to get price protection done

Yup. I've been using a Wolf watch winder for several years now. Does its job

Anyone owns a Tag Heuer? I bought a grand carrera calibre 6 RS for my dad as his retirement gift. I thought it looks fantastic! Elegant while the face doesn't look too busy with bunch of chronos.
I'll snap a few pictures later along with the Burberry watch I bought for myself for special oocasions (i'm a fitbit watch kinda person)

Armind 12-06-2016 07:59 AM

^ how much? wouldnt mind that for daily

Mr.HappySilp 12-06-2016 12:59 PM

$230. It wasn't like OMG deal.

m3thods 12-07-2016 07:11 AM

Nice watch! I actually just picked up a SKX007 myself last week and I love it to death.

Ducdesmo 12-07-2016 08:48 AM

^ Same. Best automatic watch for the dollar. Might get a leather strap just to switch things up.

bcrdukes 12-07-2016 09:23 AM

Recently picked up a Seiko SARB0035.

A lot of websites and owners rave about this watch and I wanted to see what the big deal was. My personal thoughts - it is a nice watch, given what you pay for it, but it is not Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra quality as some people hype them up to be.

It looks similar enough and is elegant enough, but the overall physical quality and materials do not match an Aqua Terra (not that it should, given the price, but it is over-exaggerated.) The movement is nice, as with most Seiko JDM movements, but this one runs quite fast in comparison to my Tag Heuer Carrera (pictured) and my Heuer Carrera 1964 Re-Issue, which are more or less, spot on when synced to the National Research Council's atomic clock.

I'll be throwing on a leather strap next week and will most certainly enjoy this as my new daily. A nice watch, nonetheless.

Two recent acquisitions.

Frederique Constant Slimline & an early 1940's WWII era Rolex Sky Rocket.
