yea, rolex or not rolex, it was just appearance. To be honest, i've seen replicas that look better. I don't know, I wouldnt spend 15g's on a watch with a nylon strap, you might look at it differently.

guy i'm looking to treat myself to a new watch, the one i'm wearing now is a fashion brand sports watch i like it alot but i want to get one with leather band. I can't afford any real expensive brands but i would like it to have good movement, I'm looking to spent around 300-500 any recommendations?

Bought a Riseman Mat Black in Japan. EVERYTHING is black, from the logos to the clasp. There are other black-on-black G-Shocks, but none have the black clasps and logos like the 3 "Man in Mat Black" watches:

You can probably find one on ebay. Just look for "Man in Mat Black" series. They have Riseman, Gulfman, and Mudman in this series. Retail is about $200, the Mudman a bit cheaper.
