I too realized this stupid need for excessive amount of jewelry. There are more jewelry stores than convenient stores.

Yah heard from family that everyone had to stay home during the wind...
Luckily it stopped...

Tuen Mun & Central

I have relatives there but they live quite a distance from the "action" (Choi Hung and Kwai Fong?) so the last 2 times I went back I ended up staying at hotels in Wan Chai and Tin Hau area. As a "tourist" it's inconvenient for me to get wasted around Central LKF then trying to figure out how to get back. :drunk:

Sweet, I tend to wander to central to do shopping...lotsa nice brands there...

last time i went back, i stayed in a hotel at North point which had a MTR station called "Pow toy san"

what pre-paid sim cards do you guys use as visitors? Last time I used the company called "3"

I used smartone and was more than happy with the data speeds.

I live in the slums of yuen long and never go out. It gets played out and boring after a while and I've been back for almost 7 years now.

Yah thats a good question, I'd like to know too...

I usually use Peoples' cause for $100hkd prepay, they give an extra $10 worth of minutes. I ask for the canada/hk card version so its pretty cheap to call home and local use.
But I use my mall's free wifi downstairs lol...
