Smile Who can paint bumpers?

i'm looking to get my bumper painted. Don't want to spend that much. It's a 92 civic hatch front bumper and it looks like someone painted on top of the oem (both are red) paint. Now it's chipping out and looks ugly. Any do a good job on painting and clearcoating it? I'll do the sanding if it saves the money.

^i bet the cheapest way is to hunt around for someone who's replaced their stock one with something else, that's already the correct colour

Went to Yeo autobody in Richmond to paint a scratched hood. Only charged $180 to sand and paint it. Paint job had a few specks of dust, but wasn't bad for the price.

Joe is a very fair person. His bodymen are old timers and top notch. Their operation is pretty much family oriented. The bodymen are father and son, and the owners are father and son combo as well.

My dad is the one that brought in the car. He said that Joe was really nice. Even gave him a courtesy car.

A bumper with paint chip is time consuming to sand...it's not cheap for a proper job...your better off buying a used or after market bumper and painting over that.

BCIT students have all the time in the world...they'll sand it for ya haha.

BCIT you don't need to buy anything.

You go there on Wed, get an estimate done, and they will set up a time etc.

You just pay for materials in the end.

Last I checked, they are still big on PPG paints, so if you don't mind that company, buy all means.

When I was going there, my friend got a shitload of bodywork done, and a complete paint job for $600.

Mind you, it took 3 months.

What do you think the typical time for a repaint is?
