I thought it was pretty funny how Dwright pulls up the weirdest ideas and then Maredith is like a horny milf ahhhahaha.
Michael did a great job at the end which was interesting on how he pitched to the new outside sales guy. I am actually pretty impressed but then again, he's rarely this smart.

I guess you didn't hear that subtle joke made by the salesman.
Spoiler!
Salesman: "So you set up this fake company, then you hire this homeless woman to impersonate an executive to spy on me so that you could copy my sales technique."

I think the writers, being very aware that this will be looked upon as the "last good" season of The Office, are trying a little too hard to make the characters really memorable.
Its almost like they've become caricatures of themselves.
I understand they've been playing the same people for years but rather than relying on predictable situations (Oh no, Andy is pining over a girl. Ryan is a hipster douche who treats Michael like crap. Meredith is an alcoholic slut. Erin is weird, etc) why not mix it up a little?
Dwight has interacted with Angela since Season 1. Jim and Pam are basically the focus of the show now. Creed still only pipes up to say something incredibly creepy, then goes back to being scenery.
We've seen it all before.
Why not write a plotline where you see the over-enthusiastic Andy having to work with the low-energy Stanley and the situations they'd get into. Explore the problems that Dwight has with building ownership a little further, including an issue with Bob Vance that, in turn, causes conflict with Phyllis. Maybe use (the oddly placed) Timothy Olyphant a little more and put him in conflict with fellow travelling salesman Todd Packer.
We'll likely see the show go downhill next season (for obvious reasons) so they may as well shake things up a little in this one.
^
Isn't this the supposed "last" season since it has been said that Steve is leaving?
Oh, and OMGHI2U!

I've seen an interview with Steve Carrell and he clearly believes the show will clearly flourish without him. Hes confident it'll be a-ok but I'm not so sure.
How many people stopped caring about CSI when Grissom left? I know I did.
I'm loving this season so far actually! Though I wouldn't mind if the show ends when Steve Carrell leaves. Quite frankly (and quite obviously), the series would pretty much suck without Michael Scott.

dude, the show was freaking awesome, someone mentioned about CSI moving on with G, and you're right, i just hope that make it well and end it well without Steve.
The last two episode was freaking awesome. There were so many LOL moments. The toilet paper one was decent, I didnt' know Dwright wanted to let Pam win, it was really witty. The Xmas one was HILARIOUS. the wigs was WOW. whoever wrote that episode should be given a raise. I was cracking up. Also Pam's gift was just totally amazing.
