This douch bag sold me 5x114.3 16" rota slips

I check them out and looked ok, just a few minor rashes. I asked him if they were bent in anyway and he said " NO, they just have rashes"

Took the wheels to tirecity to mount them and guess what 3 out of the 4 wheels are bent. The douche bag now wont answer his phone, or reply to my PM's.
