i think the people who join after our 20th member should not be called elite ninjas.. they are ninjas trainees. aka. ninnees:D

duties of a ninnee:
1) do stupid stuff determined by elder ninjas (us :D ) and have it capture in camera as proof
2) serve elders ( be our bitches:D )

that's all i can think of so far...
