See if you can download Babarosa GIF Animator. I use that one and it's got a great wizard interface.

As for resizing them, use Photoshop and just set up the cropping tool to give you a 50x50pixel box.

And if it's too big, then just reduce the amount of frames or reduce the colour in each frame.

I looked for it at download.com last nite couldnt find it
I looked up Babarosa GIF Animator and just Babarosa

I already have it as 50x50
but the filesize is too big
its now 40kb ahaha cause I added another frame
