he asks me to meet up with him in Richmond so he can purchase my d3, so we set up a time for the following day. our meet place I come to find out after is only about 2 blocks from his work (b1), he doesn't bother showing up or even calling me to let me know he's not coming... just leaves me waiting there like an idiot.

hope this isn't how he runs business over at boyz club... it has kind of left a sour taste in my mouth about shopping there again.

NEGATIVE

I bought a set of rims with tires from him at the going rate for a decent condition of them. Tires mounted to them were different than specified, with much less wear left. I was mostly interested in the rims, so I let this slide.

During mounting I was informed of the nasty bend on one of the inside lips that is bad enough that I should have actually noticed when purchasing them if I had been more careful! On two of the rest of the rims that I put on the front of the vehicle, I can't get rid of the steering wheel shake even after the 3rd balance, so at least one of them must be warped as well - I have yet to pull the other wheels off and try to measure their condition.

He claims that he didn't know of their condition and can't help me, but I'm pretty convinced they must have come from a car that had a rough trip off a paved road... Needless to say, I'm not very impressed that I have to spend several hundred dollars on repair/replacement, remounting, and balancing.

Buyer beware!
