Question...
From the last episode, we learn that Sarah was supposed to die in 2005 but what about John? Is John still alive in 2007 if they didn't go into the future? If that's the case, wouldn't he run into himself sooner or later? If not, what happens to John between 1999 and 2007? Which theory of time travel does this follow?
EDIT: Wait... So their past selves decided to make the jump to the future. They must not exist at all between 1999 and 2007?

ok the time travel explains why they needed new identities.
whos the peramedic guy who john went to his house? and how does sarah know that old guy that died at the end of the episode.
so this story takes place instead of T3? or before it?
fuck it im going to wikipedia this shit. the terminator story has always sort of interested me

wtffffffff | The way it was explained (by "Cameron") was that since nothing can be sent back through the time machine - not weapons, not even clothing - a future soldier was sent back to 1963 when the bank was being built, and got a job as the designer/builder of the vault... then built the various components for the time machine from locally-available materials, and stashed them in various different safe-deposit boxes in the vault.
Vaguely plausible.

Sarah and the old guy go waaaaay back. She has known him for years and they even trained together. If you watched the entire ep 2 she says this flat out.

I think she's not acting like a robot enough... like she knows slang and different expressions and stuff... whereas in T2 arnold didn't know a lot of things "Why do you cry?"
But then again they said she's an upgraded model.. still though i think she should act more like a robot
