I've been going to pho thai hoa in the richmond sushi plaza for pho in richmond alot recently.. soups pretty good. But the spring rolls have way too thick of a skin.

^ You gotta be kidding me.
It used to be good before 2000, since the new owner took over.. it just doesn't taste as great anymore.
Pho Vinh still has my vote!

One of my new favourite places to go is Pho Quyen on Fraser near King Ed (mentioned in the thread.) I like their cuts of beef.

I grew up eating Pho Van in Chinatown and even their Fraser location is consistant. Pho Van is one of my favourites.

Ha Long Bay in Richmond has pretty good rice plates and vermicelli bowls. Its tucked away in the back of the plaza where Kings Park and GoldnSun tanning is.

Why would you want to drink msg water?
