Since I live in Burnaby and don't like driving too far for food... Pho Hong is the place I frequent the most, any other suggestions would be great, girlfriend and I also like that late night Pho, but Pho Hoa is disgusting.
I quest for the best Bun Bo Hue though... and so far Pho Hong's delivers it quite well. HOwever when I FIRST Went there a good six months ago, they had near perfect Bun Bo Hue, the PERFECT texture of the noodles and PERFECT soup.
However two months ago that disappeared.
Now it's just average Pho... |
Seriously? I find their soup to be so bland and their noodles are always soft and over done. I find Pho Hoa down the street much much better. It's interesting how people's tastes differ so much.

Pho Vinh in Surrey! They just opened for nearly 2 months now. It's pretty darn close to Guildford mall (Inside Impact Plaza beside Bubbleworld, if you don't know where that is. Look for T&T Supermarket/Tommy Lee Music!) The quality of their food is absolutely delicious! Not to mention, it's probably the cleanest pho place I have ever been to in Surrey. Parking space is absolutely no problem at all (One of the thing that drives me crazy at times). Give it a try sometime, I swear you won't be disappointed!
Opens from 10AM - 10PM (I know this because I pretty much go there 3-4 times a week for lunch and sometimes for dinner!)

Nooch
New place in richmond, very very clean. Very different feel. Kinda like a Ramen stand.
Foods different, not the usual MSG ridden place. http://www.dinehere.ca/restaurant.asp?r=3564
I suggest you guys try it out. The soup base is more basily tasting, and minimal to no msg.
