The Dilemma - 7/10

Wasn't overly hilarious but it had some pretty good laughs. Plot started to get really weak about halfway.

Don't bother theater watching it... more of a renter.

The Mechanic. Theater wrongly classified this movie as 14A. It was R rated, and we figured this out pretty soon into the movie. I was expecting something along the lines of the Transporter movies, but this was way more intense and a lot better than critics made it out to be.

8/10

good to finally watch that movie with the original western film theme song and to see clint eastwood's iconic facial expressions.
and i had no idea ecstasy of gold was from this film...it was sampled in so many music genre in the last two decades.

Is it worth it to watch the first two movies in this trilogy?

They're decent westerns... very much in the same style, and of course, Clint plays the same character. Not quite as well-crafted as TGTBATU, but still worth a watch.

although it comes down to preferance for movies. i'm sure most people agree that takers was done pretty bad.
the town imo, was much better.
ratings and critics view it the same way
