Saw MI4. I'd rate it 8.5/10. The constant failing of equipments kinda messed the movie a bit. But overall, I think it's a very good movie. Definitely recommended.
just spent the night watching two sci fi movies...
first was Moon (2009) 7 outta 10, has to do with clones and a base on the moon....Sam Rockwell is a very good actor
second was 2001 A Space Odyssey (1968) 1 outta 10,
this movie according to many cinematic circles is supposed to be one of the greatest if not THE greatest sci fi movie of all time....
Stanley Kubrick is one of the best of all time and I understand these types of artsy movies and generally like them..... but this was the slowest most boring piece of shit I have ever seen, no elements whatsoever to keep your interest are in this movie, I'm pretty geeky, grew up on Star Trek TNG, but you literally would have to be a die fuckin hard sci fi geek to extract even one ounce of joy from this movie..... this is easily the worst movie I have ever seen

^ ya it was that bad!
and this coming from a guy who still watches Star Trek TNG and DS9, X-Files on a regular basis.. I honestly have no idea how 2001 received all this critical acclaim over the years... anyway don't wanna start a discussion on that piece of shit still pissed off from wasting 2 hours last night
I forgot to mention the other week I saw this Korean movie and it was fckin great !! 9/10 on my scale, but I love these types of movies so might be a high rating for some of you guys...
War of the Arrows War of the Arrows was the surprise South Korean box-office hit of the 2011 summer. Between the 3D blockbuster Sector 7 & the war drama Front Line, there was this simple action film coming (almost) from nowhere. Just a simple entertainment.
Set in 17th Century Korea, the film follows an archer trying to save his sister from the hands of the Manchu invader. But ends up being hunted by an elite squad

Drive 8/10
Ryan Gosling is truly stepping it up.
Ides of March, another Gosling movie 8/10, highly suggested
Coach Carter (second time watching, loved it even more) 9.5/10

- intense, and keeps you on the edge of your seat
- fun gore
- Gosling was a man of few words and seemed like Good Guy Greg, but when it came down to killing bitches he was bad-ass as fuck, hardcore as shit, and a ruthless motherfucker
Funny, but not much of the intense fighting scenes that i was hoping for.
Really liked the BMW i8 concept car tho
I only gave it an extra THUMBS UP for the car only. haha
