woman in black 6.5/10 kinda slow at the beginning as all brit films, picked up late mid-way, typical storyline, had some good moments, weak closing

^ yea I saw that too, fair score you gave it... on the topic I really can't remember the last time I was truly scared by a horror movie.... (actually I can, it was when I was a kid and the movies were "It" and "Nightmare on Elm Street")

almost all new age horror movies instead of scaring you, they really just startle you... it's always some scene where some scary face pops out and whatnot, and at worst you get startled jump back a little bit but that's it....but scared is very different, scared is like being nervous just watching the movie that's fear...

just saw cabin in the woods and would give it an 8 outta 10, as good as it was, they could have done a bit better with it

Contraband 6.5/10
I was expecting a bit more action TBH. But I guess you can't compare Mark Wahlberg to this movie vs his Bourne days.

Chloe 2/10
WHAT THE FUCK!? Amanda Seyfried is really upping her game with trying new roles (although I still think she played a good dumb blonde in Mean Girls) but this movie was just full of WTF. I feel they tried to make it like the modern day Unfaithful with Richard Gere (bless that handsome soul) and Diane Lane...but come on! Unfaithful will never be replaced!!!!!

Confusing plot, no real "climax" and overall...a boring storyline being dragged out. I'm assuming the original was SO AWESOME that it had to get re-made with a shitty new version. I hope.
