Dallas Buyers Club 9/10. Mathew McConaughey really deserves the Oscar nomination and one of the most serious candidates to win. Jared Leto as well could win best supporting. Its true that the period of the early onset of Aids has never had a huge amount of hollywood attention and I think the subject matter has tons of context and can make some great movies.

Ali G indahouse 8.5/10 a shitty movie by many standards but funny as hell to me

Saw the hobbit 2 in IMAX. 6/10

Big fan of lotr, but never saw hobbit 1. Part two felt stupidly drawn out. Fighting scenes were "zoomed in" so you don't have to use as much choreography or directing skill. They over used the blurr effects. The love interest is a joke, and most of the orcs are CG and not even actors. Big disappointment.
