300: Rise of an Empire
2/10 what a horrible movie... if it weren't for Eva Greens boobs...wow.... The first one which i didn't really like seems like a masterpiece in comparison
Would have been better if they cast someone else as Themisocles... heck changing almost anything in it would have been an improvement
^ What the hell? They made another one? Cube was a great movie, Cube 2: Hypercube was horrible. I can't even imagine how horrible Cube Zero is, but the trailer is pretty bad. Thanks for the warning!

Byzantium 5/10 meh drama (yes drama) about 2 vampires (mother and daughter) and how the mother is a prostitute and the two of them are on the run from the vampire brotherhood
I still can't figure out why this movie is in D-Box, I want that portion of my money back.
The movie itself was okay, but god did it ever feel like it was moving along at the pace of molasses.

Refreshing to watch a vampire movie that wasn't either a slasher thriller or True Blood style. Very much a serious character driven, road buddy type of movie with the actual vampires taking a back seat to the story. Kinda interesting to see that they created the vampires to basically be like your typical zombie, but I guess if they had simply called them zombies, there would have been review comparisons to a more serious version of Zombieland.
Definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it, though.
7.5/10 it was pretty funny at first but it became gradually less funny with overused cliches and mediocre comedy relief.
It was pretty funny when
Spoiler!
it was revealed that Schmidt was dating the Captain's daughter
I was going to watch TFiOS, but
Spoiler!
I'm pretty sure all the praise is just a Tumblr, nerdfighter circlejerk-fest. Not going to spend my cash on the movie, but I'll definitely watch it on Netflix. The trailer basically summed up the story. I'm sure John Green did a fantastic job writing the book, it probably didn't translate well into a film format; however, I'm too lazy too lazy to read.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes 8/10 pretty decent I like it a lot.
Sex Tape 3/10 all the funny parts are on the trailer and storyline seems weak. Also some of the stuff the main character does, doesn't make sense at all.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - Awesome movie - 8/10
Lucy - What a terrible piece of shit - 2/10
Lucy literally only got one point cause Scarlett Johansen is hot, but even that was not utilized to its potential, and overall the shitty story and completely baffling ending TKO this abomination of a movie. Don't waste your time.
its been a while since i watched this movie. had a rough couple days and decided i was in a good mood for the movie. im not sure what to rate it out of 10 since it is so mood dependant. i like the acting and directing. art work is done well, but editing leaves something to be desired. still a strong movie.
We like the new one a lot better than the old one. The 2007 had the better cast, and there was a lot more singing and dancing. I didn't know about the '88 version, but I accidentally downloaded it while trying to get the current one.

That's my wife's favorite movie. She's looking forward to seeing Gondry's current movie: Indigo Moon. Looks like a surreal trip.
