Terminator: Genisys 8/10 - Really liked what they did with the timeline. Great action and story. There were some cheesy moments and CGI but for the most part is was well done. Characters were pretty good although I generally dislike Jai Courtney but he did pretty good. GOT chick was pretty good also. As a franchise fan I'd rank it equal to Salvation. Not as good as 1 & 2 but slaughtered the garbage that was T3.

I've no idea what I had expected going into this movie, but for some reason I had expected something closer to Get Smart rather than a more serious spy comedy. Kingsman was actually surprisingly good.
Watched this with the kids this weekend. I wasn't particularly interested in watching it until I saw Guillermo del Toro's name roll by in the opening credits, at which point I figured I had to watch. And you know what? This is a great movie. Okay, the plot is rather formulaic and predictable, but the visual design is breathtaking. It's very unique, extremely colourful and just overall some of the best animation I've seen in a long time. The integration of modern music into the movie worked quite well, especially considering the time period it was set in. Reminded me slightly of Moulin Rouge in that sense.
somewhat biased because i'm into bikes... I went in expecting a bit more about road racing in general, it was actually entirely about the Dunlop family, but it turned out to be a very remarkable story
My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

Spoiler!
Pretty good zombie comedy, more of a high quality straight to video movie though
You know, the thing is, with those combat knives attached to the weed whacker, it's really hard on the motor and probably not that effective with the extra spinning weight at the end of it. With the zombie flesh rotting and everything the string trimmer would probably suffice.
But then you gotta worry about the noise which will draw zombies to your location. Looking bad ass will ultimately get you killed in a zombie apocalypse. Unless you're Daryl.

Ant-Man 6/10
wasn't bad, wasn't fantastic, but it was
would really like to see how it would be if Edgar Wright wasn't booted and had free reign

was thinking "that's not gonna work at all" iirc it didnt last long
When it was funny, it was REALLY funny. Unfortunately those moments seemed pretty rare... John Cena and his prosthetic cock and ridiculously proportioned body were hilarious
