Zoolander (The first one): 9/10

Thought I would watch it again before the second one, forgot how absolutely funny this movie is.

Eddie the Eagle (screener) - 8/10

A very inspirational "feel good" movie. Taron Egerton's acting was really good!

Hateful Eight 8/10

Not the best QT movie but I was mesmerised for near 3 hours. I might have enjoyed it more if the theatre wasn't 12 degrees celsius and sitting next to a Tourettes Syndrome guy who kept twitching and sighing loudly

Steve Jobs 7/10

Well directed, well acted, VERY well written... But in the end it's a movie about a computer marketing guy/bad father

Movies named after single people are usually much more significant, so this was a bit underwhelming. Also if you knew anything about Apple and/or Steve Jobs there was nothing new to tell.

Zoolander : 4/10, couldnt get past 25mins or so , i know im in the minority lol

Special Forces : 7/10 , pretty good not a fan of having to read subtitles as it takes away from watching the movie itself

Deadpool 8/10

My reactions to Deadpool have been "It'll be another bad Fox Marvel movie, skip" to "People are saying it's good, guess I'll watch it" to "Damn that was a great movie!"

王家欣: Movie name is Wong Ka Yan
Great script. Talks about a guy who met a girl (in the late 80s) at the movie theater but wasn't able to see her again. He spent the few months finding the girl with different means with some amazing side stories.

Does he actually finds her, who did he actually find etc. Young male and female lead but great acting. Supporting cast was great as well. Medium paced film with a great side story with one of the supporting cast.

Cantonese film with hardcode english subtitles only.

Dope 8/10 - really good movie. Lots of different social topics being addressed. Good acting, good writing. Excellent look and feel. Modern day society with a 90's hip hop feel. The soundtrack was amazing! Pretty cool how they blended it all together. Not what I was expecting at all.

i havent seen it but as a huge fan of the first one, i have no interest in watching the new one. comedy sequels, especially ones that come way after the first movie, are a guaranteed disappointment. just look at dumb and dumber to

London has Fallen (screener) 8/10

A great mindless action flick. There was a scene from the movie that reminded me of a campaign in Call of Duty. Many cheesy one liners by Gerald Butler lol.
