Aquaman 6/10

Not good not bad, explosions, some cool action, it was your typical and predictable movie but the one thing I did appreciate was that the relationship between Aquaman and Mera wasn't your typical Hero and girl story. See normally we'd see weak girl needing to be saved by the hero over and over again but this was the opposite. She can handle her own shit so that was good.

just watching it now since you're talking about it,very twisted film, realistic murder story telling, very intelligent on how to make people uncomfortable with that realism

8/10

Check out "I saw the Devil" if this movie interested you, more of a hollywood story telling of the same type of this movie...

Wreck It Ralph 2. Good movie, predictable. Love all the in-jokes about the internet and Disney. 7.5/10

aquaman.. i just couldn't get into it, the CGI was just too much. Riding sharks was just too crazy and there was nothing of a plot line or climax too intriguing.
6/10

The equalizer 2. Man the movie was so slow at the beginning and the end was a joke. With such strong winds, I'm sure being a sniper is going to be super efficient when winds are blowing at 60km/h

bird box... legit movie... no cgi type shit, just good acting and good story line. 9/10. Man Sandra did get old + a lot of botoxxxx

Bumblebee 6.5/10

Decent movie, sotryline had more thought put into it than other transformers movies. Transformers actually look like their G1 forms!

instead of this..

Into the Spider-Verse was a solid 9/10 for me. Now THIS is a great comic book movie! They just got everything right (for me). It seemed like it was a piece of entertainment created by someone with a vision, rather than a ton of people putting together what they think would be the most popular movie possible in US and China. It benefited greatly from that.

The only thing I didn't like was the animation method used for things that were out of focus in frame... I don't know what you'd call it, but instead of blurring things like bokeh, they'd double the layer up and just offset it with some opacity. It made me wonder if the projector was broken or something. Very distracting.

But man other than that, what a great looking movie!

6/10 as well for Aquaman, way too cliche/predictable. Production work was great with nice camera action, good scenes, good CGI, good actors. It's just it feels like throughout the movie things start going well, and it just stumbles or falls on its face in some shape or form.

I'd give Bumblebee 8/10, good acting and storyline. Less of the grandeur of the other transformer movies, but it's a good fun movie to watch.

Searching: 9/10.

two-thirds in the movie, I already had a suspicion.
Any movie starring John Cho is a must watch.

really really good movie; script was good. it kept you on your toes the whole time and my gf was impressed. (No shit.. cause all the movies she watches are boring hollywood rom com)

finally watched this bollywood movie
Secret Superstar
9/10
you know it was going to be happy ending cause it's just bollywood. Good script written about culture, suppressed families / wives etc.

can't go wrong with movies with Aamir Khan

Ex Machina 8.5/10

Slow-paced, but really makes you feel for the characters. Ending was something I was expecting, but didn't want to believe...

Came here to post this. There were a few LOL scenes that I had to rewind a couple times.

Spoiler!

Same comedy as the first so the magic is a bit lost but worth the watch regardless. The way they poked fun at Canada was kind of lame.
