I use RocketDock with the Stacks Docklet application (make sure you get this to make it look nice). Oh and then I just downloaded new icons, this one shows white text or black text and I change depending on my background. But you can find whatever icon's suite your taste.

lol it's not a skin. i just used columnsUI, moved stuff around and added colors to the playlist so I could differentiate between artists/albums/titles.

In ColumnsUI go to playlist view --> columns
make a new column
check use custom style script
then i put this into the box
