he had too much time on his hands

scheng924 04-23-2008 10:21 AM

he should go to jail... how much time
as long as SC2 is supported by blizzard

godwin 04-23-2008 11:10 AM

Apparently this guy is a nut case, he has been in jail for mass keying before in 2006. Time for him to go to maximum lock up

The NOW has learned that Kim is the same individual police arrested in 2006 in relation to a rash of keyed cars in 2004 and 2005.

Forty counts of mischief charges for damage to property under $5,000 were sworn against Kim in Port Coquitlam provincial court, with 15 relating to incidents on Oct. 4, 2004 in Coquitlam, one in Vancouver on May 26, 2005, 22 counts in Burnaby on April 18, 2005, and an additional Burnaby incident on May 20, 2005.

Thirty-eight of the charges were stayed, but Kim was found guilty by judge David Stone on Aug. 2, 2006 on two counts, relating to damaged vehicles in Vancouver and Burnaby.

Kim was sentenced on Nov. 3, 2006 to 12 months of probation and levied $100 in victim surcharges. He was also required to conduct 50 hours of community work service within six months.

I got a feeling it is a girl's car and it hurt his little ego.

Fact that he is a repeat offender tends to suggest psychological issues.

observer 04-23-2008 07:49 PM

His location should be disclosed to the public just like the repeated sex offenders.

so he was sentenced to jail for a year on nov 3, 2006... that means he got out not too long ago? probably 1 month? and started keying cars again? wtf!?

jnesss 04-23-2008 08:34 PM

He did not serve any time in jail,he got 12 months probation, which means he did his time on the outside.

If he actually did do a year in jail,I can promise you, when he got out,he would not go near a car.

DanMS3 04-23-2008 09:18 PM

Even though he may be pissed at ICBC, why take it out on other people, specifically me on my brand new car! ASSSFUCKINGHOLE! If I saw this motherfucker I would have keyed his fucking eye out! :@:@:@ I want my deductable refunded!

He can't escape the RS beat down crew.

DC5-S 04-24-2008 10:39 AM

if I saw this guy keying my car that would be the last car he ever keys

AAnthony 04-24-2008 11:19 AM

same here, i would knock that fucker in the side of the head. But chances are i would get a harsher punishment. Being that this is Canada..... sigh

es2k 04-24-2008 01:32 PM

u know what guys, i think the police and icbc and using this guy as the scapegoat. for those 400 cars keyed, they have to bring someone out and make them the convict because the police has to tell the whole world they CAN do something. i mean. but anyways hes an a$$hole.

Why? Because we're everywhere and nowhere?

...oh wait, just the nowhere.

godwin 04-24-2008 01:57 PM

Haha yeah.. this guy has done it before.. and he survived from all the "beat down crews" out there.. so either he is a super villian that have special skills or all the "beat down crews" are all talk.

Nah, he's 'the one'. I honestly beleive that he keyed probably well over 500 cars because he has severe neurological problems. No sane person would find pleasure in keying lots of cars for the sake of just causing mischief or damage. That is of course unless its a bunch of bored kids.

monopoly and breaking even in the same sentence lol thats icbc for ya

997turbo 04-26-2008 11:54 AM

Id break his face in so it concave from his nose in.

willcls 04-26-2008 12:30 PM

still this guy is a jerk to do this tho
he should've just broken all the windows at icbc estimate centres than take it out on other peoples cars.
this guy is pretty much guaranteed to get a beatdown by some angry car owner.
