Apparently this guy is a nut case, he has been in jail for mass keying before in 2006. Time for him to go to maximum lock up

The NOW has learned that Kim is the same individual police arrested in 2006 in relation to a rash of keyed cars in 2004 and 2005.

Forty counts of mischief charges for damage to property under $5,000 were sworn against Kim in Port Coquitlam provincial court, with 15 relating to incidents on Oct. 4, 2004 in Coquitlam, one in Vancouver on May 26, 2005, 22 counts in Burnaby on April 18, 2005, and an additional Burnaby incident on May 20, 2005.

Thirty-eight of the charges were stayed, but Kim was found guilty by judge David Stone on Aug. 2, 2006 on two counts, relating to damaged vehicles in Vancouver and Burnaby.

Kim was sentenced on Nov. 3, 2006 to 12 months of probation and levied $100 in victim surcharges. He was also required to conduct 50 hours of community work service within six months.

Fact that he is a repeat offender tends to suggest psychological issues.

so he was sentenced to jail for a year on nov 3, 2006... that means he got out not too long ago? probably 1 month? and started keying cars again? wtf!?

He did not serve any time in jail,he got 12 months probation, which means he did his time on the outside.

If he actually did do a year in jail,I can promise you, when he got out,he would not go near a car.

u know what guys, i think the police and icbc and using this guy as the scapegoat. for those 400 cars keyed, they have to bring someone out and make them the convict because the police has to tell the whole world they CAN do something. i mean. but anyways hes an a$$hole.

Haha yeah.. this guy has done it before.. and he survived from all the "beat down crews" out there.. so either he is a super villian that have special skills or all the "beat down crews" are all talk.

Nah, he's 'the one'. I honestly beleive that he keyed probably well over 500 cars because he has severe neurological problems. No sane person would find pleasure in keying lots of cars for the sake of just causing mischief or damage. That is of course unless its a bunch of bored kids.

he should've just broken all the windows at icbc estimate centres than take it out on other peoples cars.
this guy is pretty much guaranteed to get a beatdown by some angry car owner.
