FAQ: Why does it say my PM box is full?

By default RS shows the last few days (2 or 5 days) of your messages. You need to display both the messages in your INBOX as well as the SENT ITEMS folders.

Start with the inbox and expand the view using the drop down menu to "the beginning". This should display all your messages.....then delete the old messages.

If it is not your inbox, then select "Sent Items" from your other drop down menu and ALSO select "the beginning" after you have accessed that folder.......then delete any old messages of unimportance.
