Designed by Pininfarina, the same firm that designs Ferraris, this kitchen's showstoppers are the high-gloss, metallic-finish cabinets and the "Acropolis" — an aviation-inspired workspace, made from recycled aircraft aluminum and stainless steel. The Acropolis features a large Foster sink, a four-burner electric Foster cook top, bottle and knife holders and plenty of storage and cooking space. A control panel in the Acropolis also controls the audio and visual components for the entire house! Good things come in twos: two refrigerators, dishwashers, freezer cabinets and ovens, that is. This kitchen, designer Amy Finley's own, is all about common sense. The kitchen is the gathering place for her five children and for weekly dinners with extended family. If a tree falls in a kitchen, and nobody's cooking, does it still look amazing? Yes it does. The design of this ornate, Victorian kitchen is based off a pre-existing curved wall. Step back in time with spherical cabinets, armoires that hide two refrigerators and two curvaceous islands prepped for cooking. Carved lions, leaves and grapes on maple and cherry wood surfaces took nearly eight months to complete, and give the kitchen a traditional, lived-in flair, while still being functional. The final look is reminiscent of 19th-century craftsmanship.

This Asian-inspired kitchen is earth-friendly, right down to the granite and lava stone counters that emit zero toxins. I caught this show on tv the other day. Everything was hand carved in #6 and everything is curved. There is no flat piece of wood and there's a sliding rock backsplash that hides all the counter appliances. Sick kitchen!!
I remember the host saying that #1 is over 600 square feet. That's a big kitchen!!

Most of them looks pretty good, although all you can see from those pictures are only the style, and style is always subjective. You would need to see the space planning and circulations to really judge whether it's a "Good Kitchen". A good kitchen not only needs to look and feel pleasant, but functional! Don't let the fancy decorations fool you! 
Hey Ch28 could you post your sources please? Those would make great references for my future projects.

honestly...as a person who loves cooking, I'd absolutely love to cook in #7
if you examine closely from a cook's point of view, the three that are really ideal for just about any type of cooking would be #7, #3 and #2
