went to Kyung Bok Palace (Korean BBQ) in Lansdowne mall between the restaurant #9 and Bestbuy.....damn..talk about piss poor customer service.
My friend wanted this one dish (some spicy seafood tofu dish w/octopus) but he couldnt eat clams and scallops. He asked the waiter and he had no idea and didn't bother asking the kitchen for us. So my buddy put through an order (not sure why even after I had warned him since the waiter seemed like he had no idea what scallops are and how to pronounce it) specifically requesting no clams and scallops..but when he received his dish...there was no seafood and no octopus..just a lot of tofu. After we got our order, the waiter pretty much went AWOL'd on us.
Food was decent..but my buddy said it best, ""id come back to this place if I was really hungry but low on cash..it's perfect for a dnd"

Ninkazu Sushi, ayce late nite.
It's run by the same guys who run Tomokazu. I even recognized some of the employees.
Everything was quite decent for ayce except for the chopped scallop cone. I think it wasn't fresh or something but it had a really nasty fishy taste.
Our food came quickly, but as usual, only 70% of what we ordered came. (why every ayce place does this is completely beyond me)
Be sure to leave room for Jello at the end. It's all about the Jello.
6/10 (would be 7/10 if it weren't for the scallops)

went to hakkasan for a latenight snack..
Sharkfin with surpreme broth and the chocolate lava cake.
I found the sharkfin soup was to runny for me...so a 6.5/10
the chocolate lava cake was fantastic although a bit small...8.5/10
table for 2 with 2 drinks, 140bucks...not bad, but could be had better elsewhere and cheaper too.
7/10 overall.

Bo's Laksa
9/10
Good recommendation by revscene. Went on this saturday afternoon the soup was rich and creamy and the noodle texture was a tad softer then my personal preference. The Roti was super good the outside was crunchy and crispy while the inside was soft and warm. The milk tea was super good too. I believe i saw someone from revscene there too? Definitely will go again
