Was going to go to Pajo's for fish and chips but they were closed =(
Ending up trying this place with my gf and it was soooo good! Fresh quality ingredients at reasonable prices.

lychee restaurant buffet in bellingham
8/10
Went to the usa today and was quite pleased with lineups, 5min long only!
OK so the restaurant had pretty typical asian food such as chow mein, brocolli and beef stir fry, hot and sour soup, and then some. It was a seafood buffet for weekends and there was king crab legs, oysters, and shrimp as well as some sushi (meh). For the price of 11.79 it was worth it! Oh and pop, coffee, and english tea was 1 dollar so it was quite resonable. After that our family was full to the max!

Gmen Ramen
First time having ramen so my expectations were probably higher than they should've been. Nice atmosphere but the food disappointed me.

Gothams Steakhouse
7/10
I dont know.. Is it just me? I didnt find it THAT amazing.
Maybe it was the cut i had. Service was great and attentive however!
The decor could be stepped up a notch too.
Meh. It was still pretty good.. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Posted via RS Mobile |

Martini's on Broadway http://www.martinis.ca/
8~/10
the place is a bit crowded, and it's pretty understandable
had some nice calamari, pita bread, and an ownage spinach pasta
but in retrospect we probably should have ordered a pizza, just a tad more expensive than the pasta but they have pretty big pies there
just slightly above average food if you're one of those people that like to visit gourmet restaurants all the time,
but the price wasn't too bad for the servings you get, ~$40 for two with enough leftovers for a nice midnight snack |

Santouka ramen!
New Chain ramen place on Robson. They're having a "Soft Open", so limited selections. Official Grand opening is on March 5th(Will have all the stuff listed on the menu). I had the "Kara Miso Ramen" This is (Santouka) one of the better Ramens I've had in the Lower Mainland.
8/10!

Steamworks last Saturday.
7.5/10 for the food
5/10 for the service. Was kinda peeved that they forced an 18% gratuity on a party of 3. That coupled with the fact that it took almost 20 minutes just to get a menu didn't help either. (they only had 1 person working a full patio which seats easily 50-75 people)

9/10 | I was there and I was like.. wtf... bbq duck.. I tried it.. Fook me, it was awesome, the prosciutto crispy was a great touch. It was a bit salty esp with bbq duck + the prosciutto HOWEVER< they did try to balance it with the cranberry bread. I give it a 9 /10 also.
