i had dinner tonight at the kobe steakhouse and had a great experience there. food was fantastic, experience and atmosphere were unique, and a lot of eye candy Overall i would rate it as the following.
food 8.5/10
atmosphere 7/10
overall 8/10
anyways, there was this one waitress there that was taking the drink orders and she was especially beautiful. she was asian, and any normal guy would think she is attractive. anyways, this is a long shot, but does anybody know this girl and would be willing to introduce me to her? Can't get her outta my mind right now haha (does anybody get this sort of feeling sometimes or is it just me). thinkin back, i should've manned up and talked to her, but i guess destiny will just have to play it's course.
to be continued i hope... |
Destiny play its course??? lol, you can control the "destiny" by returning to the restaurant and asking for her number. Destiny, lol

So my gf and i ventured to Shaken Not Stirred lastnight for a quick bite and her gfs bday get together...
Food was subpar....we ordered 4 apps just to get started.
Yam Fries
Tuna Shashimi
Spicy Calamari
Bruschetta
Yam fries were burnt and soggy served with a garlic aioli...terrible.
Tuna Shashimi was very delicious and served with also a garlic aioli, which was a bit wierd.
The spicy calamari was like any other place for calamari...mediocre...actually it kinda tasted like curry deep fried.
The bruschetta was offal. Their balsamic reduction took away the flavour of the tomatoes...in fact there was little to no cheese aswell.
This place used to be PLAN B, you would figure with all the hype from the previous Plan B and the current Shaken not Stirred, the food would be great...not so much.
5/10.
Next time, i'll walk in the other door and enjoy a meal at Brix.

Went to Denny's in Nordel for my and my twin brother's birthday with my family yesterday. Probably piss poor food in terms of nutrition, but seeing as I got my entree for free, how can I complain? Burgers were HUGE and tasted pretty good (good thing the bun was minimal) and the fries were kinda meh because they seemed pre-made and undercooked. Stole some of the nachos my mom and aunt were sharing, it wasn't too bad. The pop mixes they had taste good too.
8/10.

Kingway Sushi AYCE Late Night 3/10
Worse experience ever. Server kept hassling us for tips saying we didn't 'pay enough'. Sushi was straight up nasty. It's worse when you see where they store all the sushi. I'll never go back. I'll be going back to Tomokazu/Ninkazu.

I went to Kingsway Sushi a few months back. It wasn't bad but wasn't great either. It's about on par for an AYCE place.
Went to Sunrise Pizza on the drive last night. I'll give them a 7.5/10. Beef souvlaki was a bit overcooked. The pizza was good though.
