Scott's Inn and Restaurant in Kamloops. Since I was there for a rugby tournament and needed a "decent" breakfast (and the nearest restaurant was a Dairy Queen that probably wasn't even open at 7 AM), I decided to try out the small restaurant at the hotel my team was staying at. They had a cheap breakfast special that had toast, eggs, hashbrowns and bacon for $5.95. Ordered that and asked for an extra egg.
Overall, the price was worth it; the eggs were good, toast was decent, and bacon wasn't too hard or too chewy. The hashbrowns were kinda bland even though I added a bit of salt. Service was the one of the best I've ever had, the waitress was friendly, but getting the food was kinda slow though. It was totally understandable due to the fact they had like two chefs and many people, including my teammates were loading up the restaurant, but my food came in a reasonable amount of time.
If I was ever in town, I'd go back again. Not the best food before a game, but it was still filling enough to get me through the two games my team had that day.
8.5/10

Felicos
9/10
Humous lacked a bit of "punch", but everything else was deadsmack delicious for the price.
37.95(before taxes) for a signature "felicos platter for two", which had appetizers and a main course for 2 people. Filled me up pretty good

The Reef on Commercial Drive.
Had the Jamaican Bun with plantains on the side. Burger was delicious, a bit spicy, smoky and sweet, nice touch with the sour cream instead of mayo. Plantains came with a good dipping sauce, but they had a bit too much salt for my liking.

Gold Train on Kingsway.
Had some Pho there and the salad roll. Was alright...nothing special. Only went there because it was late and somewhat close to home. The girl that works there is kinda cute too so an extra .5 for that...

Wally's at 49th/Elliot, right near my house. Pretty damn good burgers, a little too much mayo/ketchup, which reminded me of White Spot. But otherwise awesome place to get a fresh burger and fries.

Home.
Home made Basil pesto sauce with Rigatoni pasta.
9/10. Would have been a 10 if I added some chicken or maybe shrimp and some veggies.

Torarenbo Sushi in Richmond
I saw a few of you guys' reviews so I decided to try it out.
Overall, I would give this place an 8.5 or 9 out of 10.
Quality of food - 9.5/10 I was pretty impressed
Quality of presentation - 9.5/10 - Everything was well complimented. So were the dishes used.
Quality of service - 9.5/10 - Waitress was VERY helpful and food came out promptly and within a reasonable time
Prices - 7/10 - Prices were a litlle more than what I had expected to the point where I would say it was expensive but then again, you get quality and quantity.
Manager gave us ice cream on the house.
At the end of the day, I would highly recommend this place. Thanks RS!

Pho Hung in Fraser Heights.
Terrible. I used to go there back in high school because of a lack of better oriental food. This is the first time I've been back in years, and the service is still shitty, food average at best, and tiny servings.
I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a bowl of Pho, and I had to get extra noodles just to fill up, which is ridiculous.
2/10
God I miss the times before when the little Taiwanese restaurant was still around in Fraser Heights...
