I'm looking for a body shop in Richmond as well, perferabley one of those ICBC CAR Valet shops. For my Mazdaspeed3.

You know just because one person had a good experience with a shop, it doesn't mean the shop can consistently come out with good results.. the issue with bodywork is it is done by humans and QA seems to be uneven. And as a observation as an outsider, since the turnover in this trade is so high, even the best shops would have inconsistent results.

1. Be a man, and ask the work to be redone if you have legitimate beef. BEFORE you leave the lot! (ie be prepare to leave your car for more redos),
2. Always pick up the car during daylight hours and inspect the work before you sign over your money.
3. Document the work (with camera with no flash, and multiple angles)
4. Never buy cars with metallic metal colors

I just picked up mine from automind richmond. Damage was pretty minor, dent on the back corner, driver's side, damaged my corner lights and a lil scratch on bumper too. Overall was a pleasant experience. They have nice courtesy cars too. Recommended =)

Is automind still around in Richmond? Their website doesn't show the richmond location anymore.

If its a lexus, I'd honestly bring it to Vieta, they are in Van, but they do a lot of Lexus.
