Need to get the B1 maintenance service for my CSX type S, does anyone have any idea how much that is at a acura dealership and is there anyone here that works at a acura dealership that may be able to give out a revscene discount? much help appreciated.

You should go to Burrard Acura and find jaemc. He is a good service advisor there. I brought my rsx s in today and he was able to help me out with my problems. no fusses what so ever. He can probably hook you up with a deal of some sort. Highly recommend Burrard Acura. They're on 8th and Burrard, just across from Carter Honda.

Thanks again jaemc!

Anyone know if there's an Acura dealership that will hand out free bumper plugs to cover up the holes from the license plate?

Lougheed is pretty good with Customer Service and I keep hearing good things about Langley.

Acura service record needs an update. I went to get a reset code for navi and all dealerships referred me to go to Richmond to get it done (since it was purchase there). I head down there (they had to look at insurance papers to verify I was the owner because it a security thing..) to find out the code they have on file doesn't work. Then I realized they put a new navigation unit in so after checking the previous owners service records I found another code on a business card and it worked. I called Richmond Acura to update the file (being proactive I guess so the next owner didn't have to deal with this..) and they didn't seemed to care much about it.

Richmond Acura sucks. The sales people got such bad attitude.

I go to North Shore now.

I've been to Langley, North Shore, and Lougheed.
Can't go wrong with Langley and North Shore! I didn't receive as good of customer service at Lougheed Acura.

deal with RS member Jaemc at Burrard as stated above.

I've been going to Lougheed for years and I don't really have anything to complain about (although sometimes I do wonder if all those various "flushes" that they recommend are really necessary? )

I've also been to North Shore a few times. Their facility is bigger and customer service is pretty good. I think they charge slightly more than Lougheed, though, if I remember correctly.

Bump. Looking at a pre-owned 2011 TSX from North Shore Acura... from what other Acura dealerships sound like (pretty bad), anything I should look out for? The contact I spoke with over the phone was Jerry, seemed like a pretty decent guy but I guess we shall see tomorrow
