yes they work. you can tell since they only cover your front 6 teeth and when you compare to your back teeth, there's definitely a difference. buy like people said, if you have sensitive teeth, its gonna sting you a bit.

Yes it works, however when i breath in with my mouth open, it gives this sharp feeling down my teeth sensories. Also I hate to continue a big smile for 10 or 15 mins? lol

get crest vivid white tooth paste and it will be all good , do not drink coffee or other dark drinks and your teeth will be fucking white as fuck

Unless you mean aftertaste. What I usually do is put a cotton ball or two in my mouth to soak up all the saliva and excess teeth whitener. Considering the length of time the strips are inside your mouth it really helps prevent you accidentally swallowing that gunk. I'm sure its not healthy either.

They work awesome. I've been using them for a few years now, once every 8 months to a year. I just get the regular pack and it seems to work fine. You WILL see whiter teeth after the pack is done, i guarantee it. Girls dig it too 
Your teeth will get sensitive for a few days after you've finished the treatment, but will pass after a few days (from personal experience). Highly reccomended in my books
