Every time I press the "Info" tab in iTunes I get this message:

On XP I used Outlook to sync my contacts, but after switching to win7 I now use Windows Live Mail.

Is there a way to sync everything in the Info tab with my WLM?

And also my sim card is so outdated in terms of the phone numbers on it. How do I transfer my iPhone contacts to my computer so I can add them to WLM. Cause I'm afraid if I try syncing the contact part in iTunes, that I would lose all of my new numbers added which aren't on the sim card.

Has anyone had the problem where their phone wont make a call?
I have a 3gs with rogers right now, and I cant make a single call out. It keeps saying call failed to whatever number i dial

i ended up killing my gmail on microsoft exchange on the iphone and setting it up all over again.

seems to work fine for now. and no, the phone isn't jailbroken. lol, on an unrelated note, my FB notifications don't seem to be loading. :p only when i actually go on FB via the iphone does it then give me the badge notification. weird. oh well.

How is the iPhone with Bell? I got mine on Rogers but I can get a good deal with Bell. Any differences?

couldnt do it for the life of me
installed xp and jailbroke it in seconds!

well... i was playing round
downloaded app called any ringtone or something from rock, it turns any song into ring/txt tones..
after download, it rebooted the phone and it got stuck in recovery mode..
tried hard reboot, turning off and on
couldn't go anywhere except recovery mode...
I had no choice but to restore, which forced me to up to 3.1.3....

which phone? 3g or 3gs? im running 3.1.3 on my 3g and im jailbroken.

That's normal for the 3GS since it's a tethered jailbreak. So you have to run blackra1n everytime you reboot or any time you turn the phone turns off.

how long do u guys think my Warantee has left? i got my 3G about 1.5 years ago now and i got a new one from apple about 9 months into it because it had dust under the screen

now it seems like my phone wont vibrate anymore, think apple will give me another one?

Warranty should only be good for 1 year after the original purchase date so you should be .5 years out of warranty is my guess.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think with the 3gs 3.1.2 and depending on what baseband you have, you can only do a tethered jailbreak at the moment (which means you have to jailbreak every time you reset your phone). But there is lots of info on that subject!

as with most entertainment devices, the $ is in the consumables. In this case "Apps". They'd probably make even more $ if you couldn't JB the iPhone.

me, i've paid for 2 apps. that's it. everything else is from Appulous before it died.

Frankly there isn't much id consider paying full price for. Tomtom is 1 and a very few select games. most apps aren't even worht the time it takes to download, never mind $0.99
