As far as I am concerned AV is done. Players have said they do not like him. Hes mixing up the lines way to much. Kelser Burrows Sundin?????? What a joke! 8 losses at home in recession is unexceptable. Healthy scratch Sundin next game. DONT MESS THE LINE UP AHOLE!

for one thing, they're trying too hard.
You don't need two players trying to block the shot leaving guys open to have at the rebound.. what's the point of having a goalie then? Maybe Luongo should leave the net to neutralize the wingers and let the players stop the puck..

Sundin is hardly to blame, he's been doing alright and just because he gets a penalty here and there should put no more blame on him then players like pyatt etc. taking penalties 200 feet away from Luongo
i dunno..it's all bad, i dont know what to say anymore

Letting in 3 goals on the PP while up 2 goals is terribs. Coming back from the break, you'd assume the Canucks would win, esp. going up 2 goals. What happened to the Canucks of 06-07 that 99% of the time could hold a lead?

I was listening to 1040 and most of the callers wanted AV fired but when asked "who would you replace him with" no caller had an answer. That's the problem right now; there is no decent coach or a coach that can make a sudden impact to replace AV with. Many other teams are struggling but haven't fired their coaches because replacements are hard to find.
My personal opinion is Gillis won’t fire AV during the season, maybe during the off season. The only change the Canucks can do right now is look for another forward before the trade deadline but I doubt that’ll do them any good.
