Last season, "Robin" talked about having met Mason Raymond...

FYI, the Robin character is from Vancouver, as is the actress who plays her, Cobie Smulders. They regularly work related jokes into the show (she tosses an "eh" in now and then, etc.)

I was pretty stoked when i seen it. (Show takes place in New York)

Something similar almost happened to Pronger a few years ago when he played for the Blues, he got hit in the chest by the puck in a game against the Red Wings. http://articles.latimes.com/1998/may/11/sports/sp-48660 | Apparently there was no collision between Jagr and Cherepanov as was reported by Russian sites earlier. What a waste of $16 yesterday.
There was no compete...not entertaining at all unlike the previous two encounters.
Hopefully we will bring more to the game with the wings....

No, I take that back........... I would have gone into a coma. So boring.

edit:
In retrospect, yes, as a Caps fan as well it was pretty boring. The game whole game was completely 1 sided.

I should find out more info on them and their availability/accessability since I play so much hockey. Would hate to play at a rink that doesn't have one and god forbid something bad was to happen.

Worst case scenario, make a big push to get them to purchase one. I would be quite surprised if 8 rinks and Richmond Ice didn't have one.

If I were a hockey dad or mom, I'd push for having one in the local rink.
