I don't think Sanford is gonna get to play again as long as Labarbara keeps doing his job well. (It's tough, but it's business. Sanford had his chance) Labarbera's record isn't bad either. No regulation losses so far. 2-0-2. He's a guaranteed "point per game" goalie... lol

You need a good strong back up you don't have to worry about getting hurt. By Sanford getting hurt doesn't make him reliable which is needed in a back up since he doesn't play that often.

One obvious thing Labarbera has over Sanford is size. Labarbera's huge at 6'3 and blocks a lot of the net. Sanford's only 5'10, and I remember seeing a lot of goals scored over his shoulder!
