For level 200 seats nothing beats Champion's Lounge but it's season's only, I don't think they sell singles.
Great view behind the Vancouver net, unlimited all inclusive food and drink (except alcohol of course), private washrooms, private bar. Pretty much the same thing as the Sterling Room but with a view.

Anyone catch the vicious high stick on Ethan Moreau last night? Heard on TSN he might have damage to his eye. |

Wholy shit, who high-stick'd him? Edit:
Just google'd it.
Antti Miettinen...
Apparently the stick hit the socket and raked across his eye. It's probably pretty damn serious... Hope he can recover.

^now how the hell does that happen??
Does Ethan Moreau have a visor on his helmet? It's pretty retarded for players to not wear visors now adays, regardless of whatever excuse they have. Get blinded, and I can guarantee foggy lens are the least of your problems...
Anyway, hope he makes a full recovery. I still gotta see a video on how did that happen?? Looks so vicious..

Even if the NHL creates such a rule, it will be 10-15 years before 100% of the players in the league are wearing visors.

^ Why though?
Can't it be a simple, visor or don't play rule?
The best players in the league have a visor. If the visor effects their skills so much, they should be questioning their own skill.
It's well aware of the dangers that can happen without a visor now. Sort of like how only an idiot would dare go play hockey without full equipment now.

speaking of mandatory visors, I think Oilers coach craig mctavish never even wore a helmet in his playing days if I remember correctly. So willie mitchell avoids what was a potentially serious eye injury and now we have this with moreau.. Visors should be mandatory. I wouldn't want to take the risk, but hey thats just me.

It's well aware of the dangers that can happen without a visor now. Sort of like how only an idiot would dare go play hockey without full equipment now. | The best player to play in the NHL never wore a visor. You can even argue Gretzky's helmet offered minimal protection, if any.
The NHL won't tell a guy like Brendan Shanahan to quit because he doesn't wear a visor. He's been playing for 20+ years and he's been fine without it. They'll need to slowly phase it in and set a cut off date. All players born after a certain date will need to wear visors. There's no possible way for the NHL to make an immediate change without hearing complaints from their players. Quote:

Craig Mac was the last player to play without a helmet under the rule which was grandfathered in. It took nearly 20 years from the time of the rule being put in place to MacTavish's retirement. The same thing will happen with visors. This WILL NOT happen overnight.

visor's can't kill. Without helmets can.
Thats the debate why visor's isn't mandatory. They don't need to phase it in anyways, most of the younger generation wear them.

It's not reasonable to expect drastic rule changes to be made on the basis of one freak accident. How often are there serious eye injuries compared to the number of man-games played in hockey? Remember when Zednik got his neck slashed by a skate last year? What, should it be mandatory for all players to wear neck guards from now on as well?

Bloody hell, Brodeur got his 2nd S/O today. That's his 2nd S/O in 3 games; the NJ must be considered serious cup contenders with goaltending like this.
And it looks like Dallas is slowly fucking their chances to make it into the playoffs because they dropped their 5th straight earlier today.

Do you guys think it's because Luongo kind of rushed back from his injury? Brodeur seemed to take his sweet time to come back, making sure he was 100%...
