Alright folks!
The new scooter is home! She rides like new from Italy! A 1973 Vespa 90!
I'll post pics in a few weeks in a new thread.

So, no pictures yet eh? This is more of a letdown than most of Timpo's threads. :awesome:

Don't you need a Class 6 for anything bigger than 49cc?

Yes. And it's a 3-speed manual transmission.

Nice! Classic Vespa. *waitsforpics*
As for the Class 6 for a scooter, I don't see how that's really enforceable though. It's not like scooters get pulled over that often (you can't really speed speed and it's not like you CAN do anything too stupid that you'd get pulled over for) so what's stopping anybody from getting a >50cc scooter esp. since ICBC doesn't require the owner of the vehicle to be licensed for the vehicle? .....
Though I suppose you'd still be registered as the principle operator as well... hmm... I guess the only way around would be to register it as a <50cc scooter.
You know... If you wanted to be illegal and all (which I do not recommend).

Classic alright! I'm registering her for collectors plates too! It's all original including the original Dell'orto carb from Italy.

Yeah!
I sold it to a bloke originally from Delta but emigrated to the UK. Came back to do some traveling and needed some sort of transportation. He works in Yaletown at the Cactus Club. I gave him the helmet along with the purchase. Miss my scooter.
But I love my new Vespa!

Here's a picture of our scooters outside Oakridge from last summer. Good times.

Who, me or seakrait?
I was at work all day so no, it could not have been me. And if you think it was me on my Jazz, I sold it.
