It's not concrete proof but even BGR reported Fido testing the E71 so I'd say it's definitely at least being tested by Fido.

lol. i think id still keep my e71 even if it came out on fido. just cant get enough of the qwerty/form factor/functionality O.o

hey is the battery life for this as good as GSM arena states?

i get 2 days on battery life which is pretty good

i get 3-4 days of battery on mine. thats with 3hours talk. 6-7hours wifi, 5-6hours of music plus some text, camera flick, and emails. the battery is awesome! where on my N95 only last at the end of the day.

picked one up today!
wow. the phone feels so solid.
Wayy better than N95 haha.

the e71 coming out for fido is bad news but not that bad... because IMO it doesnt appeal to teens...its not a "cool" looking phone at first glance unlike N95 or some sony ericsson walkman or whatever, more like a blackberry
or at least i hope people dont jump on it haha
