Guess it's time to move on, and find someone else to share my life with.

Oh the dreaded Exbox...

Is it happening or what? Am I getting my hopes up for nothing? Would be a complete waste of time if that were the case... should've known better.

everything happens for a reason. If you believe in God, opportunities are given to you when you work hard and the rest will come. It's not that I'm good looking that "coincidentally" client was also looking for a solution. Things just fall into place. Just have to be very careful and prepare when things come.

It's encouraging to see my friends saying that I should just date this girl I've been hanging out with for a long time, but she's like a sister to me. I can't do it, and I didn't friendzone myself, I enjoy our friendship as is.

PinkMuffin 04-16-2014 10:40 PM

Who the fuck gives a girl a 400$ Tiffany bracelet on their first time "chilling"
even though it was my "birthday" that week...
:fulloffuck: ....something I won't understand how these guys would have the guts to do that..

It was something too crazy so I gave the bracelet back to him, 2 weeks later. :fuckthatshit:

jonwon 04-16-2014 11:10 PM

pics of you wearing bracelet please

BaoTurbo 04-16-2014 11:11 PM

See, I don't get guys that treat the girls they are interested in too good. Yes, it shows you're caring and sweet and all at their lowest moments or whenever they are sad. However don't overdo it and set the bar so high for yourself that they literally fall for what you act out.

Be true to yourself and stay who you are. If they truly like you for who you are then it's worth your time and effort. If they only like you for what you did then there's not much point this is going to last long. This is just my opinion because I don't like to waste time on people who aren't worth it. Don't settle for something less than what you deserve, and don't drag your worth down so that you deserve it. Look up and work on yourself (same goes for me)

I always like to say, which guy doesn't treat a girl nice when you're interested, but if you overdo it you're putting on a mask. This mask will only last for a period of time. Over time, this mask starts to crack and your true self starts to show.

Have you known him for a while? Maybe if you were friends for years and this was their way of saying they're serious about having a relationship... If you just met then that's pretty creepy. Obviously they've bought into the hype that Vancouver girls are all princesses and need to have loads of cash dropped on them, or they are looking for a trophy and think buying affection is a totally reasonable approach to dating. Good for you for giving it back.

He is trying to buy your love. Guys who have low confidence or isn't creative is the dating game tend to do that. Or they simply don't want to put in the effort to think of anything and feels that getting anything expensive or brand name is the way to go.

Been with a girl for years and none of the presents I got is more than $200. Is not money that counts is the though.

Got a girl a star from name a star and folded 117 stars for her Birthday once (she was born on Jan 18 so 117 folded stars + 1 star in the sky = 118). She loved it. Cost less than $20 in total. Let me tell you she was in tears the whole night.
