Got the brand and description of what I'm looking for. I even took a picture with my phone. Yet, I still spent more than half of my time at the grocery store in the feminine aisle trying to find those damned pads.

Inaii 01-30-2017 03:41 PM

Why didn't you just ask someone?

Presto 01-30-2017 03:57 PM

That's crazy talk. I don't ask for directions. I'm a man.

Inaii 01-30-2017 03:59 PM

Somehow... I knew that would be the answer....

It's funny how after I left a review about the previous company I worked at online, a shit load more from others were written. My former colleagues told me the guy that replaced me experienced the same shit, and they showed him my written review when he got fired. He got depressed because it's absolutely true.

"This is a place where people go to kill their passion."

One of the colleagues finally had enough of the shit hole and moved on. Feels good when you know you're right.

Verdasco 01-31-2017 10:17 AM

6o4__boi 02-02-2017 08:29 AM

been missing my 3rd to 4th gear shifts lately, it's really gnawing at me cus i'm pretty sure it's all in my head

was trying to pass someone today, shifted at 5.5-6k from 3 to 4, missed 4, ended up at 2 and hit 7.5k/8k for a few seconds. (red line is at 6.8 iirc)

fuck.

on the plus side, i'm more awake now.

As per what Mr. Spoon says:
"The transmission fluid should be changed as frequent as engine oil"
....if the car sees moderate to server track use....

Since I get the stuff for next to nothing, I change all my fluids once a year....
lol
coolant, power steering, transmission, clutch, brake (change it once a month when i do track)

6o4__boi 02-02-2017 09:35 AM

i dont think it's maintenance related...i honestly think it's all in my head

i went through a similar period where i kept missing/fucking up 2 to 3 on my old integra because there was an occassional disconnect between my clutch foot, my brain and my hand and would derp it and sit at neutral for a few seconds before shifting back to 2 or matching it to go to 3

That uncertainty of "is it me or is it the car, nah, it's gotta be me" feels bad man

In Chinese culture, is the man supposed to put food on the woman's plate before serving himself at a restaurant?

This is my inner chinaman speaking here:
(I am by no means an expert. I grew up in a white neighbourhood in hicktown Alberta)
The man shouldn't be serving period. His woman should be serving him.
like what was said above.
but that being said. the tables have turned in the recent years.
especially with all the 公主病 (princess syndrome) honger girls out there.
I would not be the least surprised if the man serves the women first now a days
