I didn't finish work until 9, but I whipped out Valentine's at the last second with a trip to Earl's during their late happy hour. $3 sleeves and tacos. The wife was happy that I took her out. Booyah!

Honestly had no plans for today until I met a girl literally the day before valentine's day. Finding a decent restaurant at last minute was insanely difficult.

tl;dr Best girl ever, don't even have words to describe the special connection we share, and it's entirely reciprocal. We share so many uncanny similarities it's quite shocking really. Things moved quickly but neither of us ever felt like it was rushed in the least bit, nor did we have to slow things down for the sake of slowing things down. Left a really good impression with her folks/siblings over the past few times I went to her place for dinner.
