Maybe do something that keeps her interest? If she's interested in you at all, she would have shared something about herself and you have to capitalize on that. Go out of your way to learn about something she likes and have a conversation with her about it but also have your own ammo on your own interests.

Work stress is inexplicably down a bit in my new job, but personal stress remains the same. Having little interaction outside of work kills the soul a bit.

Sometimes it's not what you say to me, but rather your silence that hurts the most.

1) Shit job + great boss is awesome. (I was here for 2 yrs, learned so much, great encouragements even tough the job was extremely tough and I never hit quota (actually no one did)
