When you drive ~100-150kms/day in the daily with traffic for at least 5 days a week, shifting gets real tiring real quick.

I don't even like driving around in traffic anymore never mind about driving stick in traffic.

Lol I actually average 70-90km a day all city. Been driving standard since I got my license so it's never been a burden. XD
I've actually never got sick of shifting ..

Sometimes I wonder if there a place where someone can just understands me

Work a non work experience transferable union pension job capping @ 65k or private company capping @ 75k but "harder" work with transferable experience and being the boss.....Decisions decisions...

Why are those two even choices? even if the salaries are swapped, i'd take the one with a challenge on for potential.
