will it still be called burning bridges if i told them that im going to accept other offers too.
Currently working part time and the director is only giving me 20 hours a week. I can understand that they are a brand new facility that is well established from the past and maybe they are just on a budget too.
20 hours a week is not enough hours of me to have any fun.
Toronto on the other hand is a full time position which is going to be a 4 month contract and can be renewed, also with the responsibility of finding accommodation and running errands.

Don't know why management like to pull this shit all the time. We always tell them having 2 or more people off around the same shift does not work. They promise it will get change. Still no change.
I book end of Oct off when I know that no one else have put in the request. Comes last night with an email saying we are short staff coz too many book end of Oct off and needs people to volunteer to OT. Check the vacation calendar 2 people is off now. Like come on! This happens every single time. What's so hard to say sorry someone already book time off during that time you need to rebook your vacation.

^yeah i see that often, if managment comes to me asking if i can work, i just told them i already booked a plane ticket to ____ LA for a weekend and they really can't say no.
