Would you guys report an employer that fired you because you discussed how he keeps gratuities from employees, and how we don't get paid when we stay in over work hours to close down properly?
Most of my shift, I stayed in 5- 10mins, because we don't have enough employees and during work hours it can get busy, which prevents closing down on time.
We only get paid for our time if I was closing the facility and it took longer than 15 min.
This has been boggling my mind because I fear that future employees who work their asses off for this guy will go through what I did and don't get tips.
What would you do?
Got hired and 6 months from now, I still haven't received a dime of gratuities.
Also, a colleague told me that a customer gave her tips, but she was being too humble and went to the employer. The employer then kept that tip from her. She is now leaving the organization.

It's 2AM in Hongkong at the moment. I can't sleep.
If you guys know me well enough. You'll know about the girl that started it all for me. The girl I fell in love with 8 years ago but never told her how I felt.
I met up with her on my trip to HK.
It was the most perfect day.
Picked her up after work. Went for dinner. Movie afterwards. Dropped her off at home and that was the night. It was perfect.
It was exactly how we use to be 8 years ago.
But it's a shame we are not the same people anymore.
And it's a shame she isn't willing to pick things up where they were left off.
Too much has happened in these last 8 years. Things that we simply cannot just wipe away.
Romanticly sad, yet beautiful.

Last three days have been pretty rough. Over the course of six years, I've identified one of my core problems. Now, I've finally accepted it and allowed for more dialogue for me to grow past it. Many of you have heard of the Subtle Asian movement, inspired by Crazy Rich Asians and what not. This movement gave me courage to speak to my mom about Asian issues, such as the lack of affection from my dad. This made me think he wasn't proud of me/cared for me, which affected my other relationships, because I thought I didn't deserve being loved.
I'm happy to tell you guys that I'm exclusively seeing right now, who despite, not being as attractive as my ego would like. She's 10/10 wholesome and makes me really happy. I don't want to call her my girlfriend, cause that just seems a little bit too quick. But hell - the last week we've been through a lot. And after the above realization, I let myself want to commit to her.
On another note, I also dumped like two other girls in the past couple of days. One in Sacramento, she was gonna fly up to see me. Another in New Zealand - but that would have never worked out. The NZ one sucks, we enjoy each other's company. While we are interested in each other and want something, I have to face reality. Neither of us want to LDR nor have plans to move to NZ/Canada.

I've had them since I was 10 to 17. I was a rebellious kid. Now? My mom's my best friend. So suck on that PK.
I've been reflecting daily on my family issues for a long long time. This break out you refer to, that you lost your shit? Well I was on suicide watch at 16. So no, you're wrong. This is just another step of having open communication with my family - not the first step.
This specific scenario is just my final realization that my mom is my best friend LOL. This specific scenario allowed me to realize that the dialogue I've been telling my whole life was wrong.
Further edit: I appreciate PK for giving me a reality check tho. It might not be what I want to hear, but it's definitely considered. Not gonna drop you with that duly noted Bs.
