FLAKE.
Sorry bud, hate to give you a flake rating but here's a jist of what happened. We agreed to meet at the Gas Station on E 49th + Boundary, I originally told him to meet at the Shell Gas Station but I called him when I got there and realized it was an Esso. mqr03 said he was at the Shell Gas Station on E 49th + Kerr and he was making his way over (it's <5 minutes away from where I was.) I then realized E 49th turns into Imperial at Boundary Road so I tried calling him again to tell him it's Imperial + Boundary, not E 49th + Boundary but his phone was off or out of batteries. I waited there for him for the next 45 minutes while trying to call him. I couldn't get a hold of him so I decided to leave. I PM'd him again when I got home but it's been a week now and still no reply from this guy so I have no other option but to give him a flake.
